The following terms and conditions rules our website’s (“online.desgaste.pt”) selling policy. The ordered items are directly sold by Maria Celeste da Mota Pereira (“desgaste.pt”).

1. Selling policy
1.1 desgaste.pt displays products to sell at online.desgaste.pt and its e-commerce services are meant to be used only by final customers (“Customers”).
1.2 By "Customer", you should consider any individual which is not on the same business as desgaste.pt. If you’re not a customer, please do not post any order at online.desgaste.pt.
1.3 desgaste.pt reserves the right to not process received orders from users that aren’t “customers” or others who might not comply with this selling policy.
1.4 These General Terms and Conditions exclusively regulate our offer and the product order acceptance at online.desgaste.pt between online.desgaste.pt users and desgaste.pt.
1.5 These General Terms and Conditions don’t regulate any product or service supplied by third party entities who might be present at desgaste.pt through links, banners, ads or any other link type. Desgaste.pt advices online.desgaste.pt users to check those entities terms and conditions prior to post any order. Desgaste.pt, in any circunstance, assumes reponsability for contracts and/or comercial transactions made between online.desgaste.pt users and third parties.
2. How to execute a contract with desgaste.pt
2.1 To post an order at online.desgaste.pt it’s necessary to fill in the web forms and send them to desgaste.pt following the instructions.
2.2 The order form contains a link to these General Terms and Conditions, all the major product characteristics, unit price (TAX included), payment options, dispatch types and costs and return terms and conditions.
2.3 An order will be considered for processing from the moment when desgaste.pt receives the web form and its content is validated.
2.4 Prior to submitting an order, the user is advised to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions, print a copy or save it for future reference and must accept them in order to move to the next step.
2.5 The web form will be stored in our database for the necessary time to execute the order and for the time the law allows it. The user can access his order forms through the private area following the orders link.
2.6 The user will be advised to check for eventual input errors prior to submit the order form.
2.7 The form submission is done using English language.
2.8 After form submission, desgaste.pt will process the order.
2.9 Desgaste.pt will not be able to process any orders when there isn’t a payment guarantee, when the order form in incomplete and/or incorrect or the products will no longer be available. On these cases, the user will be notified through e-mail that the contract will not be executed as well as the motives as why it will not be executed. If the displayed products will not be available since the user’s last visit or when desgaste.pt receives the order, desgaste.pt will inform about the unavailability until a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date the order was placed.
If the order form was sent and paid but the products are no longer available, desgaste.pt will refund the total amount.
2.10 By submitting an order to desgaste.pt, the user unconditionally accepts these General Terms and Conditions. If the user disagrees in any way with these General Terms and Conditions he shouldn’t submit the order form.
2.12 After the order form submission, desgaste.pt will send the user an e-mail with the order summary, information on the General Terms and Conditions, major characteristics of the products, detailed information on the price, payment method, return policy and shipment costs.
3. Guarantees and price indication
3.1 At online.desgaste.pt we offer a vast range of high quality products. All the products are selected according to quality control tests accepted by the market.
3.2 desgaste.pt doesn’t sell second hand products, defective or below market quality standards.
3.3 The major product characteristics are shown at online.desgaste.pt in the product detail page. The displayed items may not exactly correspond to reality in terms of image and/or colour due to user’s screen and/or internet browser.
3.4 All the prices are subject to update. The user should double-check the final price prior to submit the order form.
3.5 All orders made to an address which desgaste.pt is unable to deliver will be immediately canceled.
3.6 All the products are shipped with care so they can be in perfect shape at the time they are delivered to the customer.
3.7 In the event of the customer wishes to return the product(s), desgaste.pt reserves the right to not accept it if the item(s) seems to be adulterated or damaged.
4.1 The full payment (including products and shipment costs) must be made using one of the methods displayed on the order form.
4.2 In case the user opts to pay using credit/debit card, all the data (i.e. card number or expiration date) will be sent by encryption protocol to BANCO BIC or others who provide electronic remote payment services, without the possibility of any other third party interfere with the process.
This information will not be used by desgate.pt except for the necessary to process the payment and/or to make a refund. The information may be used to report any fraud to the authorities.
The product price and all the shipment costs will be debited from the user’s account at the time the order will be dispatched.
5. Discount coupons or Vouchers
5.1 Vouchers are personalized codes that allows discounts on orders placed at online.desgaste.pt.
5.2 The field to input a voucher code is displayed in the basket’s main page. After inserting the voucher’s code, the total cost of the order will be updated.
5.3 Voucher’s restrictions:
a. the voucher can only be used once except if the products are returned;
b. the voucher’s value cannot, in any circumstance, be part of a refund;
c. the user may not apply more than one voucher per order;
d. the voucher’s value cannot be used in an order with an inferior total value;
e. the voucher’s value cannot be used to pay items from the “Clearance” section.
5.4 If for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the ordered product(s) and has applied a voucher code, he may return the goods in full compliance with the return policy and the voucher will be restored to him in the initial state. The difference between the total order cost (excluding shipment costs) and the voucher value will be refunded according to the current return policy.
6. Product shipment and delivery
6.1 For further information on delivery methods, procedures and costs, check the shipment and delivery information. Read carefully that information because it’s considered as an integrated part of these General Terms and Conditions and is considered accepted by the user at the time he places an order.
7. Customer support
7.1 For any other information, please contact desgaste.pt sending us an e-mail to email@example.com. Further information may be checked in the customer private area at online.desgaste.pt.
- To return an item, the user must completely fill the online return form prior to dispatch the items.
- It’s imperative to deliver the returning items to the courier until fifteen (15) days counting from the reception date.
-The return right – besides what is described in 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 – will be considered valid if all the following conditions are respected:
a. the user fully completes the online return form;
b. all the products have not been worn and/or damaged (all the tags must be in the same location as they were at the time of reception);
c. the products must be returned intact and not worn, in the original package and sealed (whenever a seal is present);
d: if a set is to be returned all the components must be returned.
- If the return fulfil all the referred points in this section, desgaste.pt will perform a refund.
- Desgaste.pt will refund the amounts paid by the customer as quickly as possible respecting a thirty (30) day limit counting from the time that desgaste.pt acknowledges the costumer decision to exercise his right of refund.
- In case the return doesn’t comply with the terms and conditions defined on this section, the user don’t have the right to be refunded of the paid amounts to desgaste.pt or any sort of credit; it will be proposed to the user (cost supported by the user) to receive the items again in the same shape as he returned them. If the user doesn’t want to receive the products again, desgaste.pt reserves the right to keep them as well as the amounts paid.
